The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a 3 Month contract role for an AP Specialist. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of Accounts Payable experience using Sage Intacct.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices using Sage Intacct
- Properly code within the general ledger
- Process ACH transactions
- Review documents for accuracy
Qualifications
Required Education:
- High School Diploma
Required Experience:
- 2 years of RECENT Accounts Payable experience using Intacct
- Experience in QuickBooks Online preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to fully process Accounts Payable including recording transactions, using codes, and processing invoices
