Landscape Construction Foreman are expected to:
- Work closely with Field Supervisors to instruct construction crews on-site
- Maintain a clean and orderly job site
- Lead and instruct team to produce excellent and profitable product.
- Teach and train team members to ensure proper procedures, processes and quality of work are followed and achieved.
- Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles.
- Forecast equipment, labor and material needs to ensure efficient production.
- Direct, oversee and participate in work performed by your team. This is a very hands-on position and requires candidate to perform any task they would ask their team to do. You will be expected to work alongside the team.
- Understand and meet production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality.
- Complete project documentation in an organized and timely manner.
- Use time tracking software to enter the crews hours
- Attend training classes and seminars as requested by Field Supervisor
Experienced required:
- 4 years minimum residential and commercial landscape construction experience.
- Ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license with clean DMVR
- Must be self-motivated and possess strong leadership skills.
- Must be professional in appearance and actions.
- Must be detail oriented and quality driven.
- Must be well organized with strong communication skills (Written and verbal) and ability to multi-task.
- Must have the ability to be proactive, plan ahead and problem solve to minimize disruption, errors, risks and keep project on-task, within budget and on-time.
- Absolute essential ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and possibly, although rarely, holidays should the workload warrant.
- Landscape industry certification is a huge plus.

Salary : $30 - $38
