Concrete Foreman

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Experienced Form Carpenters
• Experienced Concrete Foreman
• Experienced Project Foreman

Qualified candidates will bring a positive attitude and enjoy working outside as part of a team. You should be a self-starter who can take instruction, communicate effectively and work safely. While we are willing to train the right individuals, previous commercial concrete experience is a plus: tying rebar, forming, finishing, reading blueprints, and construction layout.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general construction labor to include general site cleanup and removal of materials by hand
• Operating motorized equipment including power tools, saws, hammers and nails
• Work requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength
• Assist in pouring in vertical and horizontal concrete
• Installation of rebar and miscellaneous metals per plans

REQUIREMENTS

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license - ability to be at work on time
• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs of material
• Frequently walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing
• Frequent use of hand tools such as power tools, circular saw, hammers and nails

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Preference given to candidates with a minimum 3 years of experience
• 10-hour required
• 30-hour OSHA card desired

Full- and part-time positions are available.
