What the Work Actually Looks Like
Straightforward, in-home care - no surprises.
You may assist with:
- Bathing, dressing, grooming
- Transfers (with or without gait belt)
- Meal prep & light housekeeping
- Companionship & safety supervision
- Accurate documentation
- Communicating changes to the care team

What You Need (Non-Negotiables)
To respect our clients and your time, we screen clearly:
- Valid driver’s license
(Restricted licenses & ID cards are not accepted)
- Auto insurance & reliable transportation
- 2 years of elder caregiving experience (CNA or non-CNA)
- Ability to pass background check
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
