Pay & Schedule Transparency
- Hourly Pay: $15.50–$17.00/hr
- (Based on experience, CNA status, weekends, and availability)
- Weekly Pay (Direct Deposit)

What the Position Looks Like
This position focuses on providing compassionate in-home care while helping a client remain safe and independent.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Transfers (with or without a gait belt)
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and safety supervision
- Accurate documentation
- Reporting changes or concerns to the care team

What You'll Need
To provide the highest quality care, applicants must have:
- Valid driver's license (Restricted licenses and ID cards are not accepted.)
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Two or more years of elder caregiving experience (CNA or non-CNA)
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
