What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Care Manager position at A Better Solution Home Care & Nursing?
TruCare has been in business as A Better Solution for 26 years, and we are looking for an experienced, Client Care Manager, to Market San Diego, to conduct assessment, ensure client satisfaction, train caregivers, and ensure consistency in staffing. This person will work with the CareTeam to create a seamless home care transition, on boarding new clients, and managing those clients with 40 hours or more of service.
Our Must Haves:
- Knowledge of Home Care Operations
- Marketing knowledge
- Personable & upbeat
- Ability to Assess Clients and Create CarePlan
- Ability to Open New Clients and train caregivers, and ensure consistent staffing
- Ability to lead a team of staffing coordinators, and Care Coordinators.
- LVN Preferred
- Flexible, Great personality, professional
- Tech Savvy
- Great driving record.
