You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our clinical and administrative teams can focus on what matters most: caring for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing and resolving IT issues related to computers, networks, and software systems
Configuring and deploying new workstations and supporting users through onboarding
Managing user accounts across multiple platforms and ensuring proper access
Maintaining IT asset inventory across all AMFM sites
Supporting mobile devices, local/network printers, and web-based video technologies like Zoom
Assisting with software patching, updates, and system maintenance
Collaborating with Tier II support, system administrators, and the Director of IT
Documenting procedures, fixes, and system updates in our internal knowledgebase
Participating in occasional after-hours or weekend support as needed
What You Bring
3 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in a fast-paced or healthcare setting
A degree, trade school diploma, or relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA)
Familiarity with HIPAA, HITECH, and CFR 42 Part II regulations
Strong experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365
Working knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, routers, switches, RADIUS)
Experience with JumpCloud, mobile device management (MDM), and remote monitoring tools (RMM)
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members
Possess valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
Who You Are
Calm under pressure, especially when handling time-sensitive IT issues
A strong communicator and natural collaborator — you're helpful, not just technical
Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail
Passionate about learning new technologies and solving real problems
A team player who believes in the mission of AMFM Healthcare and wants to contribute meaningfully to our success
