Location: 8 Locations in the Fairfax County
Compensation: $19-$23/hour
Schedule: Immediate Openings, All Shifts (Morning, Swing, Night), Part Time and Full Time Available

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or GED
Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
Valid Driver’s License: Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements
Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs
Preferred Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related feild
Experience: Experience in Mental Health or Residential Treatment
Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
Proficiency in Clinical Documentation and Google Suite
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Mental Health Technician (Client Coordinator), you’ll be a vital part of the treatment process, ensuring that clients receive the care, guidance, and support they need. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Providing Direct Support – Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment
Transportation & Safety – Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments
Behavioral Observation – Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
Salary : $19 - $23
