Registered Behavior Technician

Come join our amazing team at A Better Approach, ABA!! We are looking for Registered Behavior Technicians in or around Conway, Arkansas. The Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a BCBA. The RBT works directly with clients to promote meaningful behavior change, increase functional skills, and support independence across settings.Primary ResponsibilitiesImplement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs as written by the BCBAProvide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in clinic, school, home, or community settingsCollect accurate and objective data on client behavior and skill progressImplement teaching strategies such as DTT, NET, PRT, task analysis, prompting, and reinforcementFollow protocols for behavior reduction, including proactive strategies and de-escalation techniquesMaintain client safety and adhere to all ethical and professional standardsCommunicate effectively with supervisors regarding client progress, challenges, and concernsParticipate in supervision meetings, team trainings, and ongoing professional developmentMaintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policiesAssist with transitions, daily routines, and adaptive/self-help skill development as neededCompany DescriptionOur clinic is located in Greenbrier, Arkansas, but we provide services statewide. We offer in-home, clinic, and school-based ABA for individuals diagnosed with Autism who meet eligibility for ABA therapy services. Our business was founded July 2022 and we have been growing ever since. We provide ABA to many children across the state in multiple schools as well as in their homes. Our owner is a BCBA who has been in the field of ABA since 2012 and brings a "family-like" atmosphere at our company! Come join our growing team and help make a difference!
