Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Heavy Industrial Laborers to support a variety of industrial, construction, and warehouse operations throughout the Salt Lake Valley. This role involves performing physically demanding tasks, assisting skilled trades, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization
• Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
• Support skilled trades workers such as welders, machinists, and equipment operators
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment
• Move materials and equipment safely and efficiently
• Report any safety concerns, incidents, or equipment issues to supervisors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous industrial, construction, or warehouse experience is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding environments
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Salt Lake Valley
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment 5-panel drug screen

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions including heat, cold, dust, and noise
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods

Work Environment:

• Industrial facilities, construction sites, and warehouses
• Exposure to heavy machinery, loud noise, dust, and changing weather conditions
• Safety-sensitive environment requiring strict adherence to safety protocols

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and possible overtime depending on project needs
