Job Title: General Laborer – 1st Shift (Outdoor)
Location: Watertown, WI 53094
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time (Temp-to-Hire potential)
Job Summary
We are hiring dependable General Laborers to perform a variety of manual labor tasks under direct supervision at an outdoor site. This role involves physical work in a hands-on environment and is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor duties, including:
- Lifting and moving materials
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Digging and refilling holes
- Mowing grass and trimming
- Assisting with equipment operations
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
- Follow all safety guidelines and site procedures
Work Environment
- Outdoor job; environment can be messy
- Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather elements
- Physical activity throughout the shift
- Manual labor setting
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–4 years of related experience (no experience required)
- Ability to perform physical labor (handling items under 30 lbs most of the day)
- Steel-toe boots and long pants required
