You must have weekend availability.
Hours would be Saturday - Wednesday 8:30AM-5:30PM (Sunday is 10AM-4PM)
$500 Bonus after 90 Days of employment
A-American Self Storage has a full time position for an experienced, self-motivated and high energy, team member for our properties in Ridgecrest, CA. Ideal candidates will have Sales & Customer Service experience and excellent communication and computer skills. Candidate must also have the ability to multitask, be dependable, have excellent attendance & reliable transportation. Must be able to work any shift including weekends, holidays and some overtime may be required. Candidate must pass criminal background screening, have a high school diploma and/or GED and have a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: General facility maintenance, close sales opportunities, provide excellent customer service to existing & potential customers, answer inbound/outbound phone calls on multiple lines, manage multiple tasks at the same time, inspect property for safety & security issues, cleaning and maintenance of the property, successfully address & satisfy customer's issues/complaints, maintain & document all telephone contact with customers to negotiate payment arrangements on past due accounts, handle & balance payments, complete administrative tasks daily, weekly & monthly.
