A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC OFFICE ASSISTANT:
In this exciting role, your morning kicks off with coordinating the daily dispatch of our service and install technicians, ensuring seamless scheduling and efficient response to customer needs. Throughout the day, you maintain clear communication with dispatchers, inventory managers, supervisors, and customers, ensuring everyone is informed and satisfied. Your attention to detail shines as you assist with administrative tasks, keeping operations running smoothly. With a focus on teamwork and excellence, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference in the lives of our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of a service-related industry
- Typing and basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:

WORK SCHEDULE:
Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some overtime available during busy months.
