WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 1 years of HVAC experience
- A valid state driver's license in good standing
- Own hand tools needed to perform maintenance on an AC system
- Ability to regularly lift and move more than 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- HVAC certification or a relevant trade school education
- EPA Refrigerant certification
WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
Schedule: This heating and cooling position is full-time, typically working from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional extended hours during summer (up to 7:30 PM) and weekend shifts as needed.
As an Experienced HVAC Apprentice with A Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, your day starts early as you join our skilled heating and cooling team, equipped with your tools and ready for action. You avidly dive into brazing and soldering copper piping, testing compressors and motors inside AC units, and troubleshooting electrical issues. Climbing ladders and working independently is part of your routine, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard. Each day is dynamic, offering a blend of hands-on work and problem-solving challenges.
