The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting the month-end close process and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the month-end close process
- Accounts Payable support
- Accounts Receivable support
- Job cost support [ensure expense items are job costed correctly]
- Sales Tax processing
- Credit card statement reconciliations
- Inter-company reconciliations
- Work-in-Progress Month-end schedules
Required Skills
- BS degree in accounting or finance preferred
- QuickBooks Enterprise experience a must
- Construction experience a plus
- Multi-entity a plus
- Able to commute to location 3 days a week
