Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train, coach, schedule, and supervise staff across all positions
- Maintain quality control for food preparation, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor labor costs, inventory levels, waste reduction, and overall cost control
- Enforce restaurant policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Handle employee issues, performance concerns, and time-off requests
- Ensure compliance with DHEC health codes, sanitation requirements, and safety guidelines
- Address customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with ownership on goals, improvements, and operational needs
- Support promotional activities and special events as needed
Qualifications
- 5 years of restaurant management or shift-lead experience (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Knowledge of inventory, scheduling, food safety, and basic restaurant financials (COGS, labor %, etc.)
- Must be reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards
- ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Work Schedule
- Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and peak seasons
- Must be available during high-volume hours

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Restaurant management: 3 years (Required)
