IT Support

This is a 'Full time' on site employment opportunity for an 'IT Support Assistant ' with a well-established business for over 40 years in Lake Havasu.

This isn't your everyday IT position, we are a High-Tec electronics manufacturing facility with a large diversity of Robotic equipment, hardware, software, and mechanical systems that present a complex ever changing environment requiring outside the box thinking.

We are looking for candidates that have a work history of at least 2 years of hands-on work experience in a few different areas in technical industries. A few different areas of acceptable work experience are - providing technical assistance, software training and support, computers and peripherals, networking in an office environment, servers administration, software coding to site a few examples of acceptable background.

The position will be responsible for:

1) Helping to support and maintain integrated IT hardware and software systems and various desktop office suite products as well as third party software and hardware.

2) Troubleshoot, support and repair PC's, Printers, E-mail, File and Print services, and various other hardware and software problems.

3) Install/service user computer terminals and peripherals, network hardware, printers, network cable.

4) Will require lifting of up to 65lbs, standing/working overhead and/or in cramped spaces.

5) Assist in the implementation of Server/Client and other software/hardware solutions.
