E-commerce Fulfillment Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting a collaborative and family like work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in inventory management, logistics, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Learn locations of retail items, and move product throughout our retail store.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision.
• Conduct quality control checks on products to verify accuracy and condition before packing or dispatching.
• Maintain organized storage by stocking shelves efficiently and properly.
• Assist with retail merchandising.
• Support all staff with inventory management, cycle counts, and implementing best practices for inventory handling.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform moderate lifting safely while safely moving through our retail location.
• Knowledge of packaging standards, quality control procedures.
• Knowledge of the sewing and embroidery or craft space is a plus.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
