Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to lead our field operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing cleaning crews, ensuring exceptional service quality, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors and cleaning technicians (50 staff)
- Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and deployment of cleaning crews
- Perform regular site inspections and quality control audits
- Maintain strong client relationships and promptly resolve any service issues
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain quality cleaning staff, supervsors and managers
- Control labor costs while upholding high service standards
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics
- Respond to urgent client needs (occasional after-hours availability required)
- 4 years of operations management experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or facilities maintenance (required)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
- In-depth knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, chemicals, and equipment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
