Bilingual Project Supervisor for Commercial Cleaning Services / Nassau - NY (Operations)

Job Skills / Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Bring in project-based sales by identifying opportunities, preparing quotes, and closing deals with commercial clients for services like carpet cleaning, power washing, floor stripping and waxing, and other specialized cleaning solutions.
• Manage the warehouse, including inventory control, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering to ensure operational efficiency.
• Supervise and manage project teams on-site, including scheduling, training, mentoring, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to client satisfaction.
• Conduct site assessments, manage project timelines and budgets, and handle quality control.
• Build and maintain client relationships to foster repeat business and upsell services.
• Handle bilingual communication (English/Spanish preferred) with clients, team members, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning projects, including carpet cleaning, power washing, stripping and waxing floors, and other related services.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and another language, such as Spanish) to effectively communicate with diverse clients and staff.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in sales, operations, and team management.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for on-site work, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of industry standards, equipment, and safety protocols.
