Summary:
A-1 Electrical Contractors, Inc is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and technically curious Systems & Automation Assistant to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of internal systems and automated workflows across the organization. This role works closely with leadership, operations, and administrative teams to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and ensure systems run smoothly day to day.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and learning new tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and improvement of internal systems, software tools, and automated workflows.
- Support the implementation of automation solutions that streamline. administrative, operational, and reporting processes.
- Monitor systems and workflows to ensure they are functioning properly and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and coordinate with vendors or internal stakeholders as needed.
- Help document processes, workflows, and system changes to ensure consistency and continuity.
- Maintain data accuracy across systems and assist with system audits or cleanups.
- Support cross-department initiatives related to technology, systems, and operational efficiency.
- Stay curious and proactive in learning new tools that can improve how the company operates.
