Description
A Traffic Control Supervisor is responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising work crews performing traffic control tasks, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. They manage traffic flow, coordinate with other departments, and provide training and support to staff.
Work Experience And Requirements
- PRIOR Experience in traffic control services and a current TCS and flagger certification is a must. In-house flagging certification available
- Able to provide CCA or ATTSA documentation
- Current driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and submit to random drug and alcohol tests
- Must be able to provide legal right to work in the U.S as A-1 Chipseal participates in E-Verify
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must be a self-starter and team player who is motivated, reliable, and accountable
- Must be able to take and follow direction and have strong communication skills
- Must be trustworthy and honest
- Must be 100% compliant of all safety requirements and policies
- Follow company and state guidelines for effective, safe and well managed work zones
- Work zone set up, maintenance and tear down.
- Hourly wages based on experience, starting at $25.00 - $30.00 an hour
