Job Description
We are looking for a mechanic to join our team in Denver!
Since its formation in 1994, A-1 Chipseal dba Rocky Mountain Pavement has been Colorado's premier contractor in providing asphalt maintenance services to both commercial and private customers, specializing in asphalt paving and patching, hot-pour crack seal, sealcoat, chip seal and slurry seal.
Work schedule is Monday-Friday from 1p-9p and some Saturdays from 5a-1p.

Established in 1996, A-One Chipseal is a full-service asphalt maintenance and pavement preservation company located in Denver, Colorado. In January 2009, A-One Chipseal purchased the assets of Rocky Mountain Pavement Maintenance, Inc. and in September 2022, we purchased the assets of Rocky Mountain Parking Lot Services, Inc. We provide preventive maintenance construction including resurfacing asphalt streets, roads, parking lots and highways and have completed numerous diverse projects for various cities, counties and CDOT across the Front Range.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have own tools
- Must know general repairs
- Responsible for repairs and required preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Experience working on equipment listed below is preferred:
- Asphalt equipment
- Chip seal equipment
- Slurry equipment
- Crack seal equipment
- Infrared equipment
- Concrete equipment
- Monitor and maintain applicable equipment safety items
- Repair and maintain construction equipment to manufacturer specifications
- Working indoors and outdoors
- Hourly wage based on experience, ranges between $23.00 - $28.00 / hr
