- Paid Training: $15.00 per hour during the training period

- Earning Potential:
Commissioned salespersons earn between $32,000 and $80,000 per year in commissions, with additional sales incentives paid directly to you by certain manufacturers

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level customer service to every customer
- Meet individual and team sales goals using proven sales techniques
- Promote store specials and strengthen the A-1 brand
- Collaborate with management and fellow sales professionals in a team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
- Customer-focused with a strong drive to succeed
- Outgoing, energetic, and skilled at building relationships
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Retail or inside sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, internet, and sales software)
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
