Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $17.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Montgomery Meats is seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking professional with strong meat-cutting skills and a commitment to quality and food safety. Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, portion, and prepare beef, pork, and other meat products.
- Maintain high standards for product quality and presentation.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
- Properly use and maintain knives, saws, grinders, and other meat processing equipment.
- Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitized.
- Assist with inventory rotation and product organization.
- Work efficiently with the production team to meet daily goals.
- Provide excellent customer service when needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous professional experience as a Meat Cutter.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated environments.
- Ability to perform repetitive cutting, lifting, bending, and reaching.
