Job Responsibilities
- Following meat-cutting specs
- Properly jaccarding
- Following proper storage procedures
- Being able to use, disassemble, and clean equipment
- Tracking yields
- Setting up the display case
- Keeping the meat room clean and organized
- Being a team player
