About the Role
We are a small, fast-moving operation looking for a dependable warehouse manager to take ownership of our day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role — you'll be running shipping and receiving, operating our packaging machine, and keeping everything moving efficiently. If you're someone who takes pride in a well-run warehouse and doesn't need to be told what to do next, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage all shipping and receiving operations
- Operate and maintain the packaging machine
- Operate forklift to move, load, and unload inventory and pallets
- Ensure accurate inventory handling and organization
- Coordinate trailer pickups and deliveries, including occasional early morning or Sunday morning availability
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Report discrepancies and maintain accuracy in all warehouse activity
Requirements
- Forklift experience required
- Experience in shipping and receiving
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Must be available for occasional Sunday mornings or early AM trailer runs
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Occasional Sunday mornings or early AM as needed (trailer pickup/delivery)
Compensation
- $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience
