911 Driving School Lynnwood is hiring Driving Instructors! We provide paid training, flexible schedules, and a clear path to higher pay with licensing and testing certification. Currently seeking a Spanish speaker!
Pay
- $25/hr during training
- $27/hr upon WA State DOL instructor licensing
- Up to $29/hr with Testing Endorsement
What You’ll Do
- Teach students safe driving skills and traffic laws (behind-the-wheel and/or classroom)
- Help students build confidence and make safe decisions on the road
- Provide feedback and track student progress
- Create a positive, supportive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, patient, and reliable
- Enjoy working with teens and adults
- Strong communication skills
Requirements
- 21 with a valid driver’s license
- At least 5 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record (no suspensions in past 3 years)
- Able to meet WA State DOL certification requirements
- Able to pass background check
