The Best Players Need the Best People. This position will be responsible for brainstorming, developing and executing creative designs that ensure brand continuity throughout the PGA TOUR brand portfolio that propel the PGA TOUR brand forward. The primary focus will be on advertising and marketing collateral, as well as print, digital and social media channels. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or other related design discipline preferred At least 4 years of related professional work experience, showcased in an online portfolio that represents a diverse and creative skill set Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specializing in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Experience working with Google Web Designer and DoubleClick, or equivalent digital ad tools and solutions Strong knowledge of HTML5/CSS/JavaScript and producing responsive and rich media digital ads Experience with designing and coding email creative Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines Proactive and ability to be flexible and responsive to art direction Strong sense of design principles and attention to detail Intermediate experience using project management processes and software Strong organizational and communication skills Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize Entertainment brand, creative agency or sports team/league experience a plus Passion for golf and sports a plus RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Conceptualize and build custom creative concepts for marketing, advertising, brand and merchandise projects based on creative briefs and brand guidelines Pitch ideas to creative leadership team and collaboratively work toward solutions that meet business objectives Work with existing campaign creative and deliver supporting designs for print, digital and social channels Ability to think across a variety of media channels and activate the brand globally Timely execution of all creative assets Work well within an online project management system Archival of marketing materials and promotions Serve as a backup to print buyer in print vendor communication as needed Special projects or other duties as assigned When most people think of the PGA TOUR, they envision famous golfers, exciting tournaments, and the TOUR’s generous support of more than 3,000 charities.
