The Best Players Need the Best People. Job Profile Summary Successfully manage a portfolio of PGA TOUR Corporate Partners, including Official Marketing Partners, Title Sponsors, and Proud Partners. The objectives of this position are to maximize sponsor satisfaction and revenue to the PGA TOUR through sponsorship and activation through media, tournament, network, and player platforms. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required Minimum seven years relevant experience managing and growing successful marketing partnerships Experience in partnership marketing, brand management, consulting, account management, or business development for a sports league/team, media property, major corporation, or marketing agency Proven success in managing client relationships Results driving incremental revenue through consultative selling Success researching, building, and presenting new ideas Ability to own multiple projects, displaying strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reputation for helping junior team members learn and grow Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Develop strategic plans and initiatives for key partners throughout the year, meeting the TOUR’s evolving business needs Strengthen the relationship with assigned portfolio of Corporate Partnerships Manage day-to-day Corporate Partner relationships as primary contact Gain a deep understanding of Partners’ business and strategy Identify, develop, and execute activation platforms that meet clients’ business goals and enhance the fan experience Work with Partners to implement TOUR-themed advertising and promotions Monitor contractual elements to ensure they are fully executed by TOUR and Partners Track client spending and execute proper legal and financial documentation Manage business planning and budgets Retain and grow revenue Renew and/or assist in renewing Corporate Partnerships Support business development initiatives and the sale of digital, television, and tournament assets Create customized and impactful presentations; write persuasive proposals Mentor and manage work of junior team member(s) Collaborate with other PGA TOUR departments to strategically identify TOUR initiatives that fit Partners’ goals Facilitate business-to-business relationships and cross-promotional activity between Marketing Partners Special projects or other duties as assigned When most people think of the PGA TOUR, they envision famous golfers, exciting tournaments, and the TOUR’s generous support of more than 3,000 charities.
