Summary/Objective

The IT Infrastructure Administrator will manage, maintain, and optimize our cloud environment and enterprise systems while delivering exceptional support to our team. This position will act as an escalation contact, implementing projects, and driving operational efficiencies.
Essential Functions
- Oversee and optimize Azure environment
- Administrator for Microsoft Entra, O365, and Exchange Online
- Manage enterprise applications and Intune or endpoint management
- Leverage Power Automate and PowerShell scripting to build automations
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal employees
- Monitor and maintain network performance and integrity
- Conduct reviews to ensure network provides sufficient capacity for business requirements
- Maintain network hardware, including patching, firmware, and updates
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and architecture
- Support and maintain VoIP systems

Education and Experience

- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or Google Cloud acceptable)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Practical knowledge of VPNs and IPsec tunneling
- Experience deploying and supporting VoIP systems
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra and Intune
- Experience troubleshooting LAN and WAN environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise network technologies and best practices
- Proven technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience supporting executives is preferred

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Physical Requirements
This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and reach as necessary to pack computer equipment for shipment. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
