What is Needed
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong Wordpress knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS & coding a plus but not a requirement
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Dreamweaver a plus but not a requirement
- Knowledge of Gsuite/Google products a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products a plus
- Oversee incoming support requests for website troubleshooting, website updates, plugin updates, web hosting issues, email creation and overall troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive relationship
- Set up development environments and launch websites
