The Membership Account Representative will support member retention, assist with administrative responsibilities, and deliver outstanding service to both current and prospective members across individual, family, and corporate memberships.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship builder for members from onboarding through their full membership journey
- Proactively engage with members and guests to create a welcoming, high energy, and connected environment
- Build strong, lasting relationships to drive member satisfaction, retention, and overall engagement
- Conduct regular check-ins with members to ensure a high level of satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance their experience
- Assist members with booking shooting lanes, classes, and restaurant reservations as needed
- Address and resolve member concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience
- Escalate concerns to Membership Leadership when appropriate
- Support onboarding processes and utilize systems such as Northstar POS to process payments and manage accounts
- Capture and communicate referrals and potential new member leads through relationship building
- Coordinate and assist with facility tours for prospective members, confidently showcasing the 88 Tactical experience
- Maintain strong knowledge of all membership offerings, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate value
- Assist with membership promotions, incentives, and engagement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and contribute to overall sales growth
- Maintain accurate account data and activity tracking within CRM systems (Highrise)
- Follow all company policies and Employee Handbook guidelines
- Collaborate with the membership team to support department goals and overall growth of 88 Tactical

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine relationships
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Positive, team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Comfortable using systems like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- Starting at $15/hour plus company perks
