Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
- Process transactions accurately using a computerized point-of-sale system.
- Maintain and restock merchandise displays, ensuring accuracy in inventory.
- Answer customer questions and provide product and service recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Keep the store clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking inventory.
- Support additional store tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Firearm knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about products and services.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
