Company Overview: Hyatt Regency Green Bay is seeking a F&B Hotel Server / Bartender. We are located in the in the heart of downtown and home to the Green Bay Packers. The hotel is minutes away from major sporting events, cultural activities, entertainment, museums, and attractions. We are the largest, full-service hotel in the market with 243 all-suite guest rooms and 80,000 square feet of space.

Position Summary: The F&B Hotel Server / Bartender must demonstrate fundamental F&B knowledge, and is responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations.
Description:
· Maintain a positive, high energy attitude with a professional appearance.
· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
· Responsible for food and drink service at hotel restaurant, Social.
· Must have a strong and positive guest service orientation.
· Gain menu knowledge and be able to give recommendations to the guests.
· Engage in casual conversation and must maintain an attractive setting.
· Style and service attributes are key to creating memorable guest experiences with personalized and friendly customer service.
· Fast-paced environment with constant customer interaction.
- Must maintain a well-organized area, a sanitary environment and restocking station as needed.
- Foster an atmosphere where guests’ need, and satisfaction take top priority, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, continuously walk throughout the restaurant, and lift 10-20lbs.
- Abide by all organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
· Must be able to work a flexible work schedule with availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
· Strong food, N/A beverage, and alcohol knowledge
· Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment
· Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
