Guest Service Representative

At Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel, we’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Guest Service Representative to join our front office team! This role will begin as a part-time position, with the potential to grow into full-time as business needs and your availability expand. If you’re someone who enjoys creating great guest experiences, thrives in a team setting, and is excited about long-term growth within the hotel, we’d love to meet you.

• Attention to detail; from guest billing to reporting, you double check your work and handle information responsibly
• Team first mindset; you're reliable, supportive, and ready to jump in wherever needed to keep the operation running smoothly
• Open availability (flexibility is key as hours may increase over time)
• Required availability: Tuesday & Thursday mornings
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
