The Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel is seeking a talented Executive Sous Chef to help lead our growing culinary program in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. As an Executive Sous Chef, you'll working alongside our Executive Chef & Beverage Director to ensure every dish - from banquet service to our restaurant dining - is executed with excellence, creativity, and consistency.

What you'll bring to the kitchen: 

• Proven experience in high-volume or upscale kitchens, with the ability to lead a team through prep, service, and execution 
• A calm, focused personality - especially for busy services and large events 
• A passion for mentorship; you're committed to developing your team, fostering team working, and creating a positive culture
• A deep understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen operations
• Strong organizational and planning skills - you anticipate needs, manage prep, and keep systems running smoothly
