As an Executive Sous Chef, you'll working alongside our Executive Chef & Beverage Director to ensure every dish - from banquet service to our restaurant dining - is executed with excellence, creativity, and consistency.

What you'll bring to the kitchen:
- Proven experience in high-volume or upscale kitchens, with the ability to lead a team through prep, service, and execution

- A deep understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen operations
- Strong organizational and planning skills - you anticipate needs, manage prep, and keep systems running smoothly
