PAY: $60k - $70k per year which includes a base pay of $22.00 per hour and 3% gross profit of sales. Overtime is paid at a rate of time and a half ($33.00 per hour). This position is 48 hours per week. Full benefits included.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Associate is responsible for learning the total operations of the location. This includes sales, creating material estimates from blueprints, inventory control, building loads for delivery, loading/unloading freight and maintaining physical location plant. Associate must complete course of study as outlined within assigned time frame and must be willing to relocate for management position.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
You’ll work in both indoor and outdoor settings, assisting customers in all weather conditions ( wet, humid, hot, or cold). This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 80 pounds), and other physical activities. You may also work around machinery and airborne particles.
