Window Cleaning Technician
814 Window Washing is a locally owned and operated window cleaning company based in Winburne PA looking to add a reliable part time team member for the late summer and fall season.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Residential and commercial window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning and debris removal
- Setting, moving, and climbing ladders at heights up to 30 feet
- Transporting and operating cleaning equipment throughout the workday
- Representing the company professionally with clients in their homes and businesses
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet safely
- Ability to repeatedly lift and maneuver ladders and equipment up to 75 lbs throughout the day
- Physically capable of sustained outdoor work in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions
- Comfortable being on your feet and in motion for extended periods
- Experience in a professional cleaning environment preferred but not required
- Good with people and takes pride in their work
- No experience necessary — we will train the right person
The Details:
- Part time to start with opportunity to grow into full time
- Minimum 25 hours per week (weather permitting)
- Schedule varies week to week based on workload, weather, and availability .
- $12/hr during training, increasing to $15/hr upon completion with opportunity to earn more based on performance and reliability
- This is demanding physical outdoor work — not a casual or sedentary position.
- This position is seasonal. April-December is our regular season with little to no work Jan-March.
