. As one of Central Pennsylvania's fastest-growing window cleaning companies, we provide professional window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, soft washing, and high-rise services for both residential and commercial clients.
Our team is trained with professional equipment and certified in Remote Descent Systems (RDS), allowing us to safely service everything from homes to multi-story commercial buildings. We're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering exceptional results.
No experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Clean residential and commercial windows to a streak-free finish
- Remove dirt, hard water stains, and buildup from glass
- Clean window tracks, frames, and screens
- Perform gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing services
- Safely operate ladders, water-fed pole systems, and professional window cleaning equipment
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and business owners
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Follow all company safety procedures while working at various heights
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physically active work throughout the day
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous window cleaning, construction, landscaping, maintenance, or pressure washing experience is a plus—but not required
