Pressure Washing Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pressure Washer Technician to join our small business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently.

Duties

• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces, including driveways, sidewalks, decks, roofs, windows, gutters and building exteriors.
• Assess the condition of surfaces prior to cleaning and determine the appropriate cleaning methods and solutions.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition and report any malfunctions or needed repairs.
• Follow safety protocols to protect yourself, clients, and property during cleaning operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pressure washing or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license is required; reliable transportation is required.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy equipment when necessary.
• MUST be able to climb ladders and walk on roofs occasionally.

This job is home based; meaning, you show up at a specific address every morning to take service truck to job sites and at the end of the day you park the truck at the same location.

Paid training for 2 weeks to determine if fit for position.

Role position advancements available with pay Increase and monthly bonuses if fit for role. This is a seasonal job. We do not offer benefits currently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
