Clinical Supervisor
Position Summary:
The Clinical Services Director will assist the Director of Recovery Services in overseeing all clinical operations at BSAS-funded programs. This key leadership role ensures evidence-based, client-centered care, supervises Clinical Supervisors and teams, and upholds compliance with DPH/BSAS standards, MassHealth, and insurance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate clinical activities across BSAS-funded programs.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to Clinical Supervisors and clinical staff.
- Ensure services meet ASAM criteria, BSAS regulations, and best practices in addiction recovery.
- Deliver Clinical Supervisor coverage when needed to ensure program stability.
- Design and implement staff training, development programs, and maintain training records.
- Develop, review, and update clinical policies, group curricula, and documentation practices.
- Participate in on-call clinical duties, rotating with the Director of Recovery Services.
- Conduct regular team case conferences and facilitate clinical meetings.
- Oversee client intake, assessment, and individualized treatment planning.
- Support direct client care, advocate for client needs, and ensure culturally competent services.
- Assist with grant writing, fundraising activities, and other special projects as needed.
- Uphold client confidentiality, professional ethics, and organizational policies at all times.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in counseling, mental health, social work, or a related field (required).
- Independent licensure (LADC I, LMHC, or LICSW) (required).
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment.
- Minimum 3 years of licensed clinical supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment models, and BSAS regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Electronic Health Records preferred.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain through organization).
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and satisfactory CORI/SORI reports.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Salary: $90,480 annually
Compensation: $90,480.00 per year
