Key Responsibilities
Resident Support & Customer Service
- Interact with residents daily with patience, professionalism, and kindness.
- Enter resident apartments respectfully to address maintenance or technology needs.
- Communicate clearly and calmly with residents, family members, and team members.
- Represent the community with a serviceoriented, residentfirst mindset.
- Perform general caretaking and light maintenance duties including vacuuming, sweeping, light housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpet installation/cleaning, furniture moving, apartment turnovers, lawn care, and groundskeeping.
- Operate a golf cart as needed.
- Assist residents with basic technology needs, including TVs, streaming services, remotes, computers, and WiFi connectivity.
- Serve as onsite support in coordination with thirdparty IT providers.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with vendordirected fixes as needed.
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all community safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Maintain tools and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Parttime, hourly
- Weekdays and weekends
- Occasional oncall availability
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 12 years maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Basic technology troubleshooting skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Exceptional patience and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work indoors/outdoors
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Criminal background screening required

- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
