We are seeking a hands-on, hospitality-driven Dining Room Supervisor to lead our Front-of-House Dining Services team. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for creating an exceptional resident dining experience while developing Servers, supporting Lead Server(s), maintaining operational excellence, and partnering closely with the Executive Chef.

Position Overview
- Lead daily FrontofHouse dining room operations.
- Create and manage FrontofHouse schedules while ensuring appropriate staffing coverage.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Servers and Lead Server(s).
- Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience for residents, families, and guests.
- Partner with the Executive Chef to elevate service standards and dining operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness throughout the dining room.
- Serve as the primary FrontofHouse leader during meal service.
- Oversee daily dining room operations and meal service execution.
- Create FrontofHouse schedules and manage schedule changes, shift swaps, and staffing coverage.
- Monitor staffing levels, overtime, and labor utilization.
- Conduct daily preshift huddles and communicate operational priorities.
- Communicate daily specials and ensure Servers confidently present menu features.
- Provide realtime coaching, mentoring, and accountability.
- Partner with Lead Server(s) to onboard and train new team members.
- Monitor resident satisfaction and proactively resolve service concerns.
- Maintain dining room cleanliness, organization, side work completion, and inspection readiness.
- Coordinate reservations and private dining requests in conjunction with the Concierge.
- Support special events and holiday meals.
- Cover open shifts when necessary.
- Previous leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, senior living, country club, hotel, or food service operations required.
- Experience supervising FrontofHouse teams preferred.
- Previous senior living, hospitality, restaurant, country club, or hotel leadership experience preferred.
- Strong scheduling, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
- Ability to lead with professionalism while holding team members accountable.
- Strong customer service and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work a balanced schedule that includes both opening and closing shifts.
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
