They're now looking for a VP of Marketing and Communications to own their global voice, building the strategy, the team, and the integrated campaigns that take the brand to its next level of scale. This is an on-site role (M-F) in LA.
What you'll own
- Global marketing strategy, brand growth, audience development, and measurable business impact
- Building and mentoring a high-performing marketing and communications team
- Integrated campaign execution across e-commerce, social, performance, and content channels
- Consistent, compelling brand messaging across all touchpoints, from product launches to press
- Social media strategy and execution, with close collaboration across digital channels
- Marketing performance: tracking KPIs and translating data into actionable optimizations
You bring
- 10 years of marketing experience within the beauty industry is a must, with clean, prestige, or high-growth brands preferred
- VP-level leadership experience with a track record of building and scaling teams
- Deep expertise across brand strategy, integrated communications, and audience growth
- Strong e-commerce knowledge and a track record of campaigns that convert
- Experience across social media marketing, strategy, execution, and measurable results
- A data-driven mindset paired with the creative instincts to build campaigns that resonate
- Genuine passion for sustainability, wellness, and purpose-led brands
