About the Role
This is a senior individual contributor role within the Creative Services team, focused on concepting and executing design across a broad range of innovation projects. The Sr. Designer will own design quality from brief to delivery, manage revisions with precision, and help elevate the work of junior and associate designers through active coaching and creative guidance. This is a contract role based in Irvine, CA, with in-office presence required for photoshoots and key project meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept and execute high-quality design deliverables across multi-channel campaigns and innovation projects
- Manage design accuracy against briefs and revisions across concurrent team projects, ensuring creative output meets both partner expectations and brand standards
- Oversee and coach junior and associate designers on brand tone, guidelines, and creative process
- Present creative concepts and work-in-progress to internal creatives and project managers with clarity and confidence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring fully integrated campaigns to life across multiple channels
- Attend on-site photoshoots and key project meetings as required
- Maintain a high standard of creative output that consistently satisfies internal partners and business objectives
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of relevant design industry experience
- Robust portfolio demonstrating multi-channel campaign work, innovative design solutions, and the ability to deliver against creative briefs and business objectives
- Photoshoot experience, with a focus on product shoots
- Ability to present and articulate creative concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience managing design accuracy and revisions across multiple projects simultaneously
- Degree in a related field preferred
Salary : $50 - $65
