Description:Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented designer who can handle multiple projects at once without losing attention to detail. This role is for someone who enjoys real production work, thrives in a quick-turn environment, and understands how print actually works.Our team supports high-volume marketing programs across many industries, with a large focus on real estate marketing. Speed, organization, and accuracy matter just as much as creativity.This role includes both fast-turn production design and creative work, including branding projects and custom marketing pieces for clients. Applicants must include a portfolio of real client work, particularly print pieces that demonstrate strong typography and layout. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOther duties may be assigned at management’s discretion. Design marketing materials for print and digital use, including postcards, brochures, presentations, signage, campaigns, and other marketing collateralWork comfortably in both template-based production and fully custom design, improving or adapting existing templates while also creating original marketing pieces and branding when neededManage multiple projects at once while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPrepare and adjust files for print production, including bleeds, margins, image resolution, and file packagingUse Adobe Acrobat for prepress review and file adjustments when needed before productionCollaborate with a remote team of designers, account managers, and production staff using shared workflows and internal systemsMaintain strong brand consistency across client marketing materials while ensuring files are clean and production-readyRequirements:5–10 years of professional graphic design experienceA portfolio that demonstrates strong typography and print layoutAdvanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and AcrobatAbility to multitask and stay calm under pressureStrong attention to detail and file organizationComfortable learning new tools and workflowsAble to collaborate effectively in a remote team environmentHuge PlusReal estate marketing design experienceExperience working in high-volume design environmentsUnderstanding of print production and prepress workflowsWork EnvironmentThis position is remote, but applicants should reside close to Irvine, CA for possible meetings.BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionLife Insurance401(k) with employer contribution6 Paid HolidaysVacation TimeThe DOT Corp is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
