Job Overview
Maintenance / Handyman – Vacation Rentals (Maui)
We’re looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance/handyman professional to help maintain several vacation rental units. Must be comfortable handling a variety of tasks, including:
- Minor electrical (switches, outlets, fans)
- Basic plumbing (clogs, leaks, disposals)
- Screen repairs, door fixes, blinds/hardware
- Painting touch-ups & small repairs
- Troubleshooting appliances
- General upkeep and guest-ready prep
We bring in licensed pros for major electrical/plumbing, but we prefer a versatile in-house technician for day-to-day repairs.
Ideal Candidate:
Dependable, proactive, organized, good with tools, can work independently, and communicates well. Experience in property or vacation rental maintenance is a plus.
Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
Schedule: Part-time - Full-time
Transportation: Must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Work Location: In person
