Core Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting
- Initiate outbound outreach to real estate agents and partners via phone, text, social media and email.
- Conduct first-time conversations professionally and confidently.
- Follow structured outreach cadences consistently.
- Qualify prospects using our internal prospect framework.
- Log and manage pipeline accurately in CRM.
- Move prospects forward intentionally—not passively.
- Own daily activity standards and performance metrics.
- Prioritize high-impact outreach over low-resistance tasks.
- Maintain consistency regardless of short-term results.
- Participate actively in coaching, training, and feedback sessions.
- Apply coaching quickly and visibly.
- Ask questions and stay engaged, especially when results lag.
- Primary schedule: Monday–Friday, business hours.
- Periodic flexibility is required for early mornings.
- This role is primarily office-based with structured daily activity expectations.
