Provide assistance with logistical support for 8-koi; a diverse Florida-based service and consulting company that has been providing outstanding results for our clients for over 18 years.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform Administrative duties:
- Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
- Completes special projects which may include renaming scans, disseminating information, organizing, putting contacts into email for business, and writing processes
- Perform executive admin duties
- Serve as a facility management backup
- Perform additional duties upon request of personnel
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Possess a minimum of one year's experience working in administrative support
- Familiar with the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)
- Ability to communicate in writing effectively, succinctly, and verbally
- Ability to operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers
- Ability to effectively execute in a high demand environment
- Must have excellent communication, phone etiquette, customer service and people skills, as well as being able to multitask and stay organized
- Ability to multi-task and work independently, and have a sharp attention to detail
- Possess excellent penmanship
